- Flexible Configuration: Can be combined in 1-cell, 2-cell, or 4-cell arrangements
Cells Selection with Enhanced Performance
Our FS cells are designed to deliver both high and sustained power with exceptional energy density. This performance is achieved through careful cell selection combined with an advanced integrated battery
management system (BMS), known as Circles (IC). Our LiFePO4 cells offer extended life cycles in a lightweight and compact form. They show minimal capacity loss and impedance increase over time, ensuring high usable energy across a wide range of state of charge (SOC). This means our systems can fulfill end-of-life power and energy requirements without the need for excessive pack oversizing.
Enhanced BMS Design
We have upgraded the ICs to enhance our Battery Management System (BMS), optimizing it for low-current, long-duration performance to better meet the needs of emergency lighting fixtures.
Our LiFePO4 batteries offer superior performance, safety, and reliability, ensuring that your emergency lighting systems function efficiently during critical situations. The flexible combination options allow for tailored solutions to match specific requirements, making our battery packs a versatile choice for a wide range of emergency lighting applications.
Choose our battery packs for enhanced performance and peace of mind in emergency lighting.
The batteries are designed to have a normal operating service life of 4 years and should be replaced promptly to maintain the integrity of the emergency lighting system.
However, the actual service life of the battery cells can be shortened by various factors, including (but not limited to): the type of installation environment, room temperature, the number of charge/discharge cycles, and power supply interruptions.
To ensure optimal performance, the product should be tested and maintained regularly as outlined in the instruction manual.
If the battery cells fail to provide the minimum rated discharge duration of 3 hours at any point during the product’s service life, they must be replaced immediately.
