Batman B1 is a traditional dual-light fluorescent lamp replacement batten light, utilizing 6063 aluminum as a radiator to achieve up to 120W high-power lighting. It boasts an IP44 high protection level, lower light decline, and longer lifespan characteristics. The B1 Range is available in 600mm, 1200mm, and 1500mm lengths, with a width of 118mm and a design free of darkness, making it a perfect replacement for traditional T5/T8 fluorescent double-tubes.
The excellent structural design ensures that all components of the Batman B1 are modular. This includes lampshades, covers, LED driver/strips, and the microwave sensor and emergency function module, which can be added later according to project requirements.
All components can be quickly replaced. The application of large terminal terminals such as PA14/PA16 enables Batman B1EM to meet the terminal connection requirements of p2.5-4.0 m in business and industry settings.
It is equipped with a 3W emergency power mode, ensuring 120/180 minutes of reliable illumination during emergencies. Our advanced Battery Management System (BMS), powered by high-quality NTC Lithium iron phosphate(LiFePO4) batteries, offers both manual and automatic testing options.
Featuring an exclusive integrated driver design that unifies the LED driver and emergency converter into a single entity, and equipped with Bridgelux‘s pioneering 2-in-1 emergency driver, this marks the world’s first reliable design aimed at cutting the costs of emergency batten lights, establishing a new benchmark for emergency lighting.
Our B1 series encompasses two distinct models: B1EL and B1EM. The B1EL incorporates a built-in emergency light source, while the B1EM opts for an external emergency light source, utilizing our proprietary high-quality optical lens, crafted to achieve the D63/D80 lighting standards as per Australia’s AUS/NZS AS2293.3.
These two exemplary, high-reliability emergency LED batten luminaires are designed to cater to the diverse demands of various markets and installation scenarios, significantly reducing the end-user’s costs.
